I found the passage very unsettling that there is a group of people who still believe the views that Combat 18 hold. It stuck out to me in the passage when it stated "Combat 18 refuses to participate in electoral politics, instead directly appealing to potential recruits through fliers, stickers, magazines, music, distribution, and the use of violence." Considering the group uses Hitler as their idol, I would assume the group would use their voice in politics to gain control of their vision similar to Hitler. Hitler was appointed chancellor in Germany in 1933 which led to many victories of the Nazi Party and led to similar actions that Combat 18 is attempting to accomplish.
